Billy The Kid

BIlly the Kid is a leather defining the rustic appearance of the Old West.

Primitive in Nature, it illustrates the early years of cowhides that acquire a natural beauty. Character is defined with brands, wrinkles and range scars, which makes it easily accepted as a nostalgic rendering from the past. The aged look is achieved by applying paraffin to the surface of the leather and then tumbling the hides. Tumbling causes the paraffin to break where the leather is creased. This process is an inherent characteristic of Billy the Kid.
